About me:
Hello, name is Twyla. I am just an ordinary person who has a drive and need to live a more purposeful life. My hope and goal is to find more sustainable, less waste and plastic, and creative ways to exist on this planet we call home.
I am a very creative person. I have more hobbies than I should actually admit too. I love to crochet, cross stitching, painting, writing, building miniature dollhouse items, and so many more. I am the type of person when I see something interesting, I want to learn how to do it for myself.
I am also a certified herbalist, with a passion for living a more natural life, connected to nature. I am also a very spiritual person, who follows the customs of my ancestors.
I am married and have been for nearly 30 years. My husband and I raised two children along with our fur babies. I also have a pet snail, that found his way into my life a few months back and has quickly become part of the family.
My blog goals:
I hope that by creating this blog it will allow me to explore a life that is filled with beauty, light, and even maybe laughter. In a world where everything seems so hard and difficult we all need an outlet to just remind ourselves that we need to enjoy the time we have on this planet. As well as remember, we are not the only ones that live here, we share this planet not just with other people, but will all of the creatures and animals of the world.
So I hope you enjoy the time you spend with me here. And that you find a space free from judgement, learn that you can make a difference, even if it is just in your own life, and enjoy the world and all it has to offer. And most importantly Joy.
